In the Name of God Amen I George
Tivey of Ashby de la Zouch in
the County of Leicester Basketmaker being so sick in body and of sound and
Disparing Mind and Memory pray unto God to make and ordain that this my last
Will and Testament in manner and prim following
solemn implored into the hands of
hoping through the
merits of my Saviour Jesus Christ to

Interred at the Instruction
of my Grandson hereafter named and as for my Worldly Estate
that it has pleased God to fasten upon me. I dispose thereof as followeth.
I will that all the
