Description: Albert was 5 feet 8 and a half inches in height and weighed 131llbs at  the time of discharge in 1919. He married 19 Sep 1908 and had three children at the time of discharge - Frances Hannah, Colin P and Sarah Ann. He served as a Motor Vehicle driver in France and was a Courier before joining the Army in 1915. He was discharged from the army in 1919 after suffering from influenza and laryngitis despite a spell resting in the Military Convalescent Hospital in Ashton in Makerfield, Lancashire. Albert was the son of Charles Tivey (1853-1957) Shepshed and Ann Blood (1856-1946 Shepshed) he was married to Frances Mary Pestle. Charles & Ann's grandson Charles Eric Hall was a member of the RAF and died during WWII
