1911 Marriage solemnized at  the Parish Church in the Parish of Long Eaton in the County of  Derby. Entry No 18, April 8th 1911, Albert Tivey, aged 23, Bachelor, Lacemaker, of 25 Cobolen Street, Son of Thomas Tivey, Joiner: Nellie Carrier, Aged 21, Spinster, of 17 Union Street, Daughter of Charles Carrier, Lacemaker, Both signed, Witnesses May Rebecca Pepper and John Henry Carrier. After Banns.

Albert is from Group 8, the son of Thomas Tivey and Sarah Spiby. 3 days after their wedding Nellie & Albert emigrated to USA on the Ship SS Zeeland, they returned a year later to Long Eaton where their first child Thomas was born before returning to the USA. They first settled in Pawtucket Rhode Island before moving on to Longhorne, Pennsylvania in the late 1910's. Nellie died in 1926  the couple had 4 Chilldren, Thomas, Arthur, Nellie and Leslie. In the 1940's Albert remarried to Irene Gallik and had a further daughter Irene in 1943 New Jersey.
