This is the last will of me Emma Tivey of Melbourne in the County of Derby Spinster. I give the Oil Painting being a portrait of the late Miss Tomlinson also the photograph of the same Miss Tomlinson now hanging in my front room downstairs together with the photograph of the same Miss Tomlinson in the front room upstairs framed in maple and the albums with green cover containing portraits of Miss Tomlinson Mrs Earps family etc to Mrs Earp of the church house Melbourne her heirs and successors. I also give to the said Mrs Earp or her heirs and successors any of the stuffed animals in cases which they or she may care to possess of. I give the small oak chest now in my back bedroom to doctor Arnold Ingle of Cambridge. I give my eight day clock also my drawing of the Crystal Palace of the late William Ensor. To my brother Arnold Tivey of Melbourne and I appoint him to be the sole executor of this my will. I give my clothes to be divided into six equal portions as nearly equal in value as may be and distributed one portion each to Emma Hollingsworth of Melbourne Annie Pass of Blackpool Fanny Kinsey of Melbourne Mary Ann Smith of Melbourne and Emma Foster of Melbourne also one portion to my sister Bessie Webster. I give my investment in the municipal building society to the Baptist Missionary Society.
