The older lady is Anne Tivey (nee Blood) who married Charles Tivey (1853-1937).
In the middle of the picture is Charlotte Gladys Alma Tivey born 1897 in Shepshed to Anne & Charles. The baby is Charlotte's daughter Prudence May Hall Tivey who was born out of wedlock as her father Charles Hall was a soldier in the Great War and was on active duty.
The other lady seated is Charlotte's sister Prudence Hannah Tivey born 1894.
