It is of Isabella K Tivey nee Butterick who was born in Toronto, Canada 12 September 1871.
She married James William Tivey (1868-1928) in Lynn, Massachusetts, USA.
The couple had five children, William Herbert, Isabella Elizabeth, Lena Isabella, Ida May and Charles Edward.
