The following are isolated records of Tiveys in and around the London area in the 18^th century.

 

 1716                           John Tive married Ann Bramhan at Westminster

 

1^st January 1717           Ann Tivey married Daniel Almond at Hillingdon, Middlesex (both of Oxbridge)

 

6^th September 1750      Mary Tivey married Edward Tucker, Mayfair (St. George’s)

 

1761                            Sarah Tivey married William Griffiths at Barking

 

1766                            John Tivey was apprenticed to William Lewis, carpenter of Coleman Street

 

1778                            Ann Tivey married John Evans at Bishopsgate (St. Botolph)
